RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Made-to-Order Products
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Color looks different on screen vs. in person
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or damage, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at quietstrengthcollective13@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the defect or damage
We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
