RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Made-to-Order Products
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Color looks different on screen vs. in person
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or damage, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at quietstrengthcollective13@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defect or damage
We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
• If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
